Why I cannot give refunds after I start
When work begins, your chosen layout is locked to you and removed from sale. I then spend 5–7 days replacing the content, images, colors, patterns, and information, setting up your admin page, testing the code, fixing problems, and making changes from your feedback. Because that time and work are reserved for your website, I do not give refunds after work has started.

Most websites are completed within 5–7 business days after your chosen layout, content, and artwork are confirmed. That time covers personalization, coding, testing, debugging, device checks, and revisions.
Yes. Your package includes a private admin page. From there, you can change your artwork, prices, links, text, and commission status. When you save, the changes update your live website.
No. Once your purchase is confirmed, the layout is removed from the available designs. Another customer can choose a different layout from the current or future design launches, but they cannot purchase yours.
